Finally Friday, Finally Public
The website that I published as live this week is a LONG time coming. It isn’t finished, and it isn’t exactly how I want it to look, but it is out there in the public domain so that others can know about our services. I am ready to grow my private practice and provide more services to children in the Birmingham area. Really, I want to serve families in the Birmingham area. Family life is the most important component of a young child. I want to incorporate a blog component to the website with the intent of offering parents support, encouragement, and ideas that help them navigate raising their little ones. Having children is HARD! Unfortunately, they do not come with instruction manuals and what works for one likely does not work for the next. Having children with language and communication delays is even harder. I’m trying to work out the general format and timeline for how I want to utilize this blog. I have lots of ideas, but I want to hear from those of you reading. Comments have been turned on so that you can offer input for topic suggestions. Please let me know where you are struggling and need some encouragement related to the raising and rearing of your little one particularly in the area of general development and of course speech and language. Have a GREAT day!
